Application steps
After completing the initial form to the left:
- a separate window will open where you can complete your application.
- check your email for two separate emails from Populi.
- verify your email address by means of one email.
- a second email will contain a link to your application; save this email so that you can revisit your application if you do not finish it in one sitting!
- follow the directions on the application. Once completed, click submit near the bottom of your application.
